It promises to invest ₹50 crore in the next five years
Bodhtree Consulting Limited, a leading global IT consulting and software service provider, will set up its facility at the Fintech Valley-Vizag and launch operations shortly.
An assurance to this effect was given by top officials of Bodhtree when they met IT Minister N. Lokesh in Vijayawada on Friday.
The company will initially start a 200-seater facility for building financial technology services delivery platform, to deliver GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) services and to cater to the needs of Andhra Pradesh.
It would scale up its operations to 1,000 in phases, J.A. Chowdary, Special Chief Secretary and IT Adviser to the Chief Minister, told The Hindu.
GSPs will provide the much-needed support to the taxpayers in the IT ecosystem for GST filing and other related GST compliances.
Bodhtree will expand its services like enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and analytics from this facility. It will invest ₹50 crore in the next five years and is expected to earn a revenue of ₹400 crore.
Bodhtree MD L.N. Rama Krishna said they were delighted to set up the new facility in A.P. “We are confident that we will expand our footprint,” he stated.
