Andhra Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has launched ‘Limitless’ electric bikes on Yesterday , and these bikes will use by officials of the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC).The GVMC the first municipal body in India, to deploy ‘mass electric two-wheeler mobility system’.

The GVMC reportedly plans to provide these vehicles to its sanitary supervisors, for their daily patrol and supervision.After its launch, the Chief Minister also took a short ride on the bike,The Collector and the Commissioner also took turns in riding the e-bikes.
The e-bikes wee supplied to the state by manufacturer Gayam Motor Works (GMW).According to the company, the bikes have a 250W Pure Sine Wave controller and a 250W motor, which are powered by a lithium-ion battery.The e-bikes reportedly come with a detachable battery that can be fully charged within two and a half hours and can reach a speed of 25 kmph in five seconds.
According to reports, the Limitless Electric Bikes come in two types, one that gives 60 km per charge, and another one that gives 30 km.
State HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao, IT Minister N Lokesh, Visakhapatnam Collector Pravin Kumar, GVMC Commissioner M Harinarayanan and Visakhapatnam Commissioner of Police T Yoganand were also present at the launch.
