Young rising actor was choose as brand ambassador of football in Andhra pradesh

The officials in Andhra Pradesh are leaving no stone upturned in order  to promote football in state .The well known and the famous actor was chosen the brand ambassador to promote football in Andhra pradesh. he can seeing sharing his views and appealing the youth to come froward to learn the sport and according to him the greatest obstacle is to turn the desire to actions overcoming the the later fears.

“I am happy and proud to be a brand ambassador for football promoting it for an ambitious government goal of spreading it among youth. It is much more satisfying than endorsing products by taking some fee. It is for a purpose and in future if the country rises to the level of challenging different countries as the Prime Minister envisaged, all of us can be proud of being a part of the beginning,” he said during his brief appearance for the promotion of Oorja-CAPF (Central Armed Police Forces) Under-19 Football Talent Hunt Tournament-2017, organised by CISF, here on Tuesday. He unveiled the Oorja-CISF AP ‘Siddhanathi Varahalu’ Trophy (Boys U-19).

Nani took some time off shooting to be present at the promotion venue.he also expressed that he is glad that he has traveled this far to become the brand ambassador for the state.the football is the most followed game in the world and every country has some prestigious tournaments for the game . however in India this sport does not garner much popularity even though it is not a rich man’s game.

Ahead of the under -17  FIFA world cup in the country in October he hoped the initiative of the government would spur interest in the game and challenge other countries in mere future.he felt that even though children are playing everywhere they lacked the direction and the support from the system.however, these days we have seen many games like badminton and hockey rise in levels of popularity behind cricket.he was also seen expressing his concern despite India being huge with over a billion population we are still far behind in getting a good number of Olympic medals.

Olympic bronze medalist karnam malleswari who was also present at the event explained in detail how sports plays a key role in development  of one’s physical and mental condition.she has also asked the parents to come forward and encourage their children to play sports instead of mending their ways to spend time on computers,mobiles  and video games.

She unveiled the Oorja CISF AP ‘Appalaraju’ Trophy (Girls U-19).
